Keith Dickinson Celebrates Twenty Five Years With Flowtechnology UK

An incredible career milestone was recently achieved by our Managing Director, Keith Dickinson, as he celebrated completing twenty-five years with Flowtechnology UK!
Keith joined the company (then called IPL Fluid Power) in 1994, as a member of the sales team. He quickly became a vital part of the team, and gained a great rapport with customers; this reputation still reigns very prominent even twenty- five years later.
Following his success within the sales team, Keith then became Business Development Director in 2004. From this position, he played an essential part in Flowtechnology UK’s growth and success- leading the business development and commercial teams to build tight- knit relationships with customers.
In July of last year (2019), Keith became the Managing Director. As MD, Keith really encourages a teamwork approach for the Flowtechnology UK staff, reinforcing how we all need to work together to achieve our overall goals as a company, and how each and every one of us has a key role to play in our success.
Supporting customers to the fullest extent and constantly striving for the top, has always been at the forefront of Keith’s journey with Flowtechnology UK; and it will no doubt continue to be a primary motivation for him in his role as Managing Director.
This outstanding twenty- five year milestone is a massive achievement for anyone to obtain in any career, so a huge congratulations again to Keith!
Keith commented “I genuinely can’t believe how quick the time has gone; I can still remember my first day like it was yesterday! I am delighted to have been with Flowtechnology UK for these last 25 years, it has been a real honor to see the company grow as it has, and I’m really looking forward to the next few years! A massive thank you to the staff who have been so generous in congratulating me, and also making these years here so enjoyable. To paraphrase Marc Anthony, ‘If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life’- this definitely rings true for me, and my time at Flowtechnology UK”.
