Halloween Fun

This Halloween here at Flowtechnology UK, we have pulled out all the stops and fully decorated the office and ourselves, in aid of raising money for Birchwood, a local homeless charity.
Birchwood works very closely with struggling young people to support them in building essential life skills, helping them to grow their self- confidence and means that they can work towards building an independent and happy life for themselves! In addition to this, Birchwood encourages the public and local workplaces to ‘sponsor a room’ with them; by doing this they are able to help house these homeless individuals. This charity organisation is also the only provider of this type of support to young people in West Lancashire, which is why it is so important for us to help and donate as much as we can. In 2018 alone, Birchwood provided 14,320 nights of safe accommodation to young people in crisis.
A special thanks to Cheryl Philbin, our Head of Communications, who chose Birchwood charity for us to donate to and coordinated the Halloween effort in the office!
Thanks to our incredible staff, we managed to raise an amazing £173.59 for the Birchwood Centre in Skelmersdale.
