FlowtechnologyUK (FTUK) is proud to have achieved its ISO9001 accreditation consistently for over 25 years. The business has established, maintained and continuously improved a successful Quality Management System (QMS) which has been in accordance with this internationally recognised accreditation.
Flowtechnology recently undertook the process to advance to the ISO9001:2015 standard which we are pleased to advise has been successful. This new standard will bring a greater emphasis to the 7 quality management principles; Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making and Relationship Management. The benefits from the new standard will apply not only to the organisation but also to its employees, suppliers and customers. It will provide improved business effectiveness which in turn will result in enhanced customer satisfaction
FTUK promotes its policy and objectives throughout the organisation increasing awareness, motivation and involvement from all employees. Our two dedicated Quality Assurance Representatives carefully regulate and maintain the QMS throughout the year following a rigid internal audit plan to ensure that procedures are being fully adhered to.
