Blaze Fraser Joins Our Call Centre

On Wednesday 12th May 2021, we welcomed Blaze Fraser into our Call Centre Team. She will be working alongside Mel O’Neill, Jade Percival, Natalie Ryder and Pauleen Shaw as a Call Centre Operator. Her role will consist of taking orders for our customers over the phone or via email, checking back orders, chasing delivery times and much more.
Some of you may recognise Blaze, as she has actually been a part of the Flowtech family for four years now, originally joining the company in 2017 where she started in our Call Centre. During this time, she got to know our customers extremely well from speaking to them every day. From the Call Centre, Blaze then moved into our Business Development department as an account manager, where she gained a plethora of knowledge about our products and the fluid power industry as a whole. In October 2020, Blaze then moved into Flowtech Fluidpower’s data team. Here she gained a wealth of experience in our internal systems and also became a pro with Microsoft Excel!
Outside of work, Blaze loves going on long walks with her family… even if she has to drag them out of the house! When she gets some spare time, Blaze sells her artwork on her own Etsy shop. Blaze also enjoys going out to eat in restaurants with her family and loved ones.
Blaze has commented “With the skills and knowledge that I have collated over the last four years, I can now assist Flowtech’s customers much more efficiently and to the best of my ability. Having now gone full circle, I couldn’t be happier to be back where I belong in the Call Centre! Flowtech has made me feel really welcome since I’ve come back, so I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff and customers!”
