Bank Holiday 24/7 Service

Great news!
Our Out of Hours service is available over the entire Bank Holiday weekend for urgent orders in mainland UK - 24 hours a day!
FTUK will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday and there will be no standard collections or deliveries.
Here’s how it works. If you need to order a stock item between 10pm-8am during the week or over the weekend (10pm Friday to 8am Monday) our new 247 Service* can be used in 3 easy steps to order, arrange delivery or collect from our Distribution Centre:
- Login to your account to check stock.
- Call our 247 service (Monday to Thursday 10pm to 8am and Friday 10pm to Monday 8am) to agree a convenient delivery or collection time.
- Place the order via our website, ensuring you choose the 247 option on the delivery details page.
