The classic [B]ELECTRO-LUBER™[B] was developed in 1982. It uses an electro-chemical reaction which converts electrical energy into safe, inert, nitrogen gas. The gas is trapped in a hermetically sealed bellows type gas chamber. As the gas is produced, pressure builds up in the bellows and is applied against a piston which pushes the lubricant out. The ELECTRO-LUBER™ can be set to empty in intervals varying between 15 days to 1 year simply by the selection of the
appropriate DIP switch. The selection can be changed or the unit turned off at any time.
[B]Features[B]
Self-Contained, stand-alone automatic, single-point lubricator
Continuous lubrication using safe, inert, nitrogen gas. Continuous lubrication of bearings removes and protects foreign matter from entering, slows oxidation, aids in dissipating heat, and ensures a constant supply of fresh lubricant
ATEX Certified Intrinsically Safe for use in hazardous areas
Multiple settings to empty from 15 days to 1 year
Suitable for indoor/outdoor use
May be remotely mounted upto 1 metre
Can be filled with customer specified lubricant
[B]Advantages[B]
Number one on the market for reliability: fail rate less than 0.01% (some well known brands are as high as 20% fail rate, especially in tougher conditions)
Number one electrochemical lubricator in temperature range: -40°C to +55°C, and by far the most trusted to work at temperatures below zero.
Best water resistance of any unit and submersible to 10m depths
Intrinsically safe, ATEX certified, CE certified, ISO 9001 : 2008 certified
