Made from premium-grade ester Pre-PUR polyurethane, reinforced with a copper-coated spring steel wire helix. Wall Thickness: 0.4mm approx. Applications: suction and transport hose for abrasive materials, e.g. dust, chippings, powder, granules, fibres, etc. Also suitable for fume extraction, e.g. oil mist, welding fumes and chemical vapours. • Permanently anti-static wall, <109Ω • Super lightweight, highly flexible • Flame retardant to DIN 4102-B1 • Microbe resistant • Supplied poly-sleeved in compressed form • Excellent abrasion resistance • High tensile strength and tear resistance • Smooth bore, optimised flow (observe direction of flow arrow) • Small bend radius • Good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals • Wire spiral reinforcement can be earthed Use clamp type 212/212EC (refer to page ???).
